Tim Ellis is the Co-founder of Alamoro with an extensive track record in Texas multifamily investment. Throughout his career, he has led the acquisition, refinance, and disposition of nearly $1 billion in assets, representing just under 10,000 units across the state. As an investor in over 3,000 units and a veteran of Acquisitions and Asset Management, Tim specializes in identifying high-yield opportunities and driving operational performance to maximize value for partners and stakeholders.

Matt Swanson is the Co-founder of Alamoro with a career trajectory spanning from Property Accountant to VP of Finance in just under a decade. Since 2018, he has managed millions in multifamily cash flow, overseen multiple large accounting teams, and steered banking and insurance relationships for large-scale portfolios. A specialist in entity formation and initiative implementation, Matt now offers fractional CFO expertise to help firms navigate the historic Texas market revaluation.
